  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order once it is in progress.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective golf cart, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement, repair, or credit towards a future purchase, depending on the circumstances.

For accessories and parts purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
